Before we iron out the details of your special day, let's catch up in person! We'll use this time to get to know about each other and what I can do to serve you for your wedding day.

Confirm your booking
If you find that we are the right fit for your wedding day, let's secure that date by signing an agreement. We also ask that a deposit of 20% is made to finalize and save the date.

Plan for your Special Day
As your wedding day draws near, Aspect Visuals will be in touch to assist you in creating a realistic timeline of your wedding day. This will ensure that we have the ideal amount of time to capture all your special moments.

The DAY OF
The time has finally come! On your wedding day, Aspect Visuals will be there to capture every moment, creating memories that will last a lifetime. Our goal is to ensure that you have a relaxed, stress-free experience so that you can fully enjoy your special day!

Delivery
A few days after your wedding, you'll receive a preview of teaser images showcasing the highlights of your day. The rest of the photos and videos will be expertly edited and delivered at a later date. These will be presented in a gallery that's ready to share with your family and friends.
Are we able to catch up in person?
Definitely! I am always down to meet all my couples in person. I want to make sure that we are on the same page. I want us to be as comfortable as possible before we capture your big day. If we aren’t able to meet up in person, we can always chat in a video call.
Will we need a deposit?
Yes, we require a 30% deposit. Once this deposit is received, your booking is confirmed, the price is locked in, and the date is reserved exclusively for you.
What is your photography style?
At Aspect Visuals, we emphasize a documentary-style approach to photography, capturing genuine emotions and real moments shared between our couples and their loved ones. While we prioritize candid moments, we also provide creative direction when needed, especially during bridal prep, couple portraits and golden hour, when the lighting is perfect for stunning shots.
How much does your packages cost?
Our packages start at $3000 and can be highly customizable to suit your needs. We want to serve you to the best of our abilities, so if you have any questions, don't be afraid to contact me and ask!
What does our wedding photography package include?
All of the wedding packages we offer include a delivery of high resolution professionally edited images in an online gallery, that are printable and ready to share on social media. On higher end packages, we also include a free engagement session within Auckland on a location of your choice. If there are any more details or ideas that you would like to share, please do not hesitate to ask!
How many photos will we get in our wedding package?
It will depend on the package shows the minimum amount. However, we do not cap the amount of images that I send out to the gallery. If there are more amazing images that were captured throughout the day. They will also be included.
Will you come to our rehearsal?
I'd be happy to help out if I'm available on the day, as long as it doesn't involve extensive travel. It would also be a great opportunity for me to meet your bridal party and family and start building a connection with everyone.
Will you travel for our wedding?
Absolutely! While Aspect Visuals is based in Auckland, New Zealand, we're more than happy to travel across the country to capture your wedding.
Do we need to feed you on the wedding day?
Yes please! You probably wouldn’t want a tired and hungry photographer on your wedding day. We like to think that we work very hard to capture moments throughout your day and deliver the best results for our clients, and so something to keep us going would be much appreciated.
Can we get sneak peaks?
Of course! We always try to deliver some sneak peaks within 72 hours after the wedding. These images are all professionally edited and are ready to share on social media.
How long does it take to receive the images?
Editing takes a lot of time and effort, and as a visual storyteller, we want to deliver the story of your wedding day in the most perfect way possible. During the peak season, it can take up to 6 to 8 weeks to deliver the whole gallery. Nevertheless, we will be sending out some sneak peaks within a few days so that you guys can immediately relive some moments of your wonderful day.
